As a UK-based underwear brand, we adhere to strict health and safety standards to ensure that our customers receive safe and hygienic items. Therefore, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges, even for items that remain unopened.

However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. If you do not receive your item or if an error occurred with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the situation and may provide a refund under these specific circumstances, depending on the issue  .We encourage customers to review our size guides and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
